Reports iMagic Inventory's interactive reporting system helps you understand your business.

Running Reports Click Reports in the main toolbar to open the reports menu. Available reports include:

• Stock Report — current levels, values, and reorder status
• Sales Report — invoices by date range, customer, or item
• Customer Report — customer activity and balances
• Vendor Reorder Report — items at or below reorder point
• Sales Rep Report — sales and commissions by rep

Interactive Filtering Most reports allow you to filter by date range, category, customer, or other criteria. Click on any row to drill down into the underlying data.

Exporting Reports Export any report to Excel, CSV, or print directly. Use Excel for further analysis, charts, or to share with stakeholders.
