iMagic Inventory is inventory management software for Windows. It lets you track stock levels, create invoices, manage customers, print barcode labels, and run reports — all from a simple, easy-to-use interface designed for small and medium-sized businesses.
After purchase you'll be emailed a registration key and a download link to the full version. Download the full version, enter the key to register it, and you're ready to go. You'll also receive technical support and all future updates.

No — your data is completely safe. The trial and full versions use the same database, so everything you entered during the trial carries over automatically.
Yes. iMagic Inventory can be used by several users simultaneously on a LAN. Install the software on each PC, designate one as the server PC, and share its database folder across the network. For larger teams (30+ users), consider the MS SQL Server edition.
Licensing is per PC, not per person. A 2-PC license means the software can be installed and run on 2 computers simultaneously. Multiple people can use those computers across different shifts without needing additional licenses.
No. The standard edition has no hard limit on inventory items — you can add as many products as your business requires. For very large datasets (thousands of items with many concurrent users), the MS SQL Server edition offers additional performance and scalability.

Open the Windows Control Panel, select 'Programs and Features', find iMagic Inventory in the list, and click 'Uninstall'. Your data files are not deleted automatically and can be backed up before uninstalling.
iMagic Inventory runs on Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10, and 11 — both 32-bit and 64-bit versions. Minimum requirements: 1 GHz processor, 1 GB RAM, and 50 MB of disk space.
Currency formatting is controlled by Windows Regional Settings. Go to Start > Control Panel > Regional Settings > Currency to adjust the number of decimal places and currency symbol.
