Uninstalling iMagic Inventory

  1. Open the Windows Control Panel.
  2. Select Programs and Features.
  3. Find iMagic Inventory in the list and select it.
  4. Click the Uninstall button.

Your data files are not removed automatically — you can back them up before uninstalling.

What happens after purchase?

After purchasing you'll receive an email with a registration key and a download link to the full version. Download the full version and enter the key to activate it. You'll also have access to technical support and future updates.

Upgrading from trial to full version

When you purchase after using the trial, you do not need to re-enter any data. Both the trial and full version use the same database — your information is safe.

Refund policy

We offer a fully-functional 10-use trial so you can verify iMagic Inventory works for your situation before purchasing. Because of this, refunds are not usually given. If you have concerns before buying, please contact us — we're happy to help.

Multiple users setup

iMagic Inventory can be used simultaneously by several users on a LAN:

  1. Install the software on each PC that needs access.
  2. Designate one PC as the server — it will share its database with the others.
  3. On the server PC, go to Start Menu → iMagic Inventory → Network Administration.
  4. Follow the prompts and set the Database Folder to a shared network folder (e.g., My Documents\iMagic Database).
  5. On other PCs, launch iMagic Inventory and point it to the shared database file.

For 30+ users, consider the MS SQL Server Edition.

Changing currency / decimal settings

Currency formatting is controlled by Windows Regional Settings. Go to Start → Control Panel → Regional Settings → Currency to change the currency symbol or number of decimal places.
