What's New in Version 3.11

• Added new Tax Summary Report, shows invoice totals, total tax and total secondary tax (if enabled).
• New screen size option for users on Netbooks.
• Bug fix - Editing an invoice with a secondary tax option set now uses the tax rate used when the invoice was created. Adding or modifying the invoice will then use the new tax rate.
